Project RICH（以下「当プロジェクト」といいます。）は、当プロジェクトの運営するサービスをご利用いただくにあたり、サービス利用者の皆様の大事な個人情報を取り扱っています。そこで当プロジェクトでは、個人情報保護方針に基づき、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを確立するとともに実行し、本活動にかかわるすべての従事者が一体となって、個人情報の適切な取り扱いを実現いたします。
利用する情報
当プロジェクトが「利用目的に関する事項」に定める目的を達成するために取得する情報（以下「取得情報」といいます。）には、次のものが含まれます

当プロジェクトでは、個人情報提供はすべて任意で依頼しております。極力サービス利用に影響がないよう配慮して展開しておりますが、必須項目に関しての提供がいただけない場合（例えば支払い遅滞に伴うサービス利用制限等）、「利用目的に関する事項」に示す対応の一部・全部に支障をきたすことがあります。予めご了承ください。
取得情報の第三者への提供
当プロジェクトは、以下に定める場合、個人情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

取得情報の取扱いに関する第三者への委託
当プロジェクトは、業務を円滑に進めお客様により良いサービスを提供するため、お客様の個人情報の取扱いを協力会社に委託する場合があります。ただし、委託する個人情報は、委託する業務を遂行するのに必要最小限の情報に限定するとともに、委託先との間で取扱いに関する契約の締結をはじめ、適切な監督を行います。

Project RICH (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") handles the valuable personal information of service users who use the services operated by the Project. Therefore, the Project establishes and implements a personal information protection management system based on its privacy policy, and ensures the appropriate handling of personal information by all personnel involved in this activity, working together as a whole.
Information to be Used
